I know it's not yet Friday in the States but it is here!! Yes!! It has been one of those weeks where at the end of it, you are almost physically aching for the weekend to get here. Between the move, unpacking, building furniture and work being so incredibly busy, I cannot wait to just chill out at home. I promise to take some pictures of our new apartment setup. I would have already but we have a mountain of cardboard in about every room and it's not pretty. We need to bundle it up and move it out. If I never see another cardboard box, it will be too soon. Our place is all a bit bare bones at the moment, but we do have most of the furniture sorted and now it's on to the fun stuff. The searching and picking out of the little pieces here and there that add character to a home. I need my Mom here for that. She's got a great eye for decor, but practical decor that not only looks good but adds a bit of organization. That's going to be the greatest challenge of all. We just have all this "stuff" that needs a home. Right now we are kind of just lumping it all in the second bedroom. It's starting to get a bit overwhelming but hopefully after a few more visits to Target and Kmart, I'll have it all sorted soon.
